Presented by the City Club of Chicago, this conversation explores the important role that Chicago has played and continues to play in shaping American visual culture. The panel features civic leader Nora Daley, author Thomas Dyja, the Art Institute's Jacqueline Terrassa, and artist Amanda Williams, with an introduction by Terra Foundation for American Art's Elizabeth Glassman. The group will discuss Chicago as a crossroads of American art, design, creativity, and commerce.

This program begins with a reception at 11:30 am followed by a 12:00 pm luncheon.
