This evening event includes an industry panel discussion accompanied by a reception and early preview of the exhibition for the October 23 Made in Chicago auction, which features items from a number of local collections. Starting at 7:30 p.m., Janine Mileaf, Executive Director of The Arts Club of Chicago, moderates a panel about contemporary collecting: taking risks and the collecting opportunities that either stuck or missed. Panelists include collectors Chuck and Kathy Harper, Scott H. Lang, and Paula Crown.
