Margaret Burroughs, Woman, 2006. DuSable Museum of African American History.

Dr. Margaret T. Burroughs—artist, founder of the DuSable Museum of African American History, and subject of the DuSable Museum’s exhibition The Art and Influence of Dr. Margaret T. Burroughs—used her art to address contemporaneous social justice issues and to celebrate African American heritage. This program, led by artist Dail Chambers, invites you to explore the intersections of art and activism by creating your own linoleum prints.

This event is free and open to the public. This venue is wheelchair accessible.
